Fee Payment Schedule for Students of GM University
1st Installment 50% of Annual Program Fee At least one week before the starting date of Semester Classes

For the students admitted during the academic year 2023-24, it is on or before 25.09.2023
1. Examination Fee-As Prescribed
2. Registration Fee-As Prescribed

For the students admitted for the academic year 2023-24, it is on or before 25.09.2023
Competency Development Training
Students registering for the interested training program, required to pay the prescribed fee
One week before starting of the training program
Note:
• The issuance of ID cards will be contingent upon the payment of the prescribed fees.
• The generation of USN (University Serial Number) will only occur after the payment of the prescribed fees.
• Inclusion of a student's name in the attendance register will be allowed only upon payment of the prescribed fees.
• Full payment of the prescribed fees is a prerequisite for being officially recognized as a student of the University.
• Any late admission candidates have to pay the prescribed fee and seek admission
• Pay all fees online through ERP
2nd Installment Remaining Annual Program Fee On or before the 16th week of the odd semester
For the students admitted during the academic year 2023-24, it is on or before 24.01.2024
Examination Fee-As Prescribed On or before the 16th week of the odd semester
For the students admitted during the academic year 2023-24, it is on or before 24.01.2024
Competency Development Training
Students registering for the interested training program, required to pay the prescribed fee

Make up Coaching and Make up Examination Fee Those candidates having backlogs can undergo make up coaching and examination and earn their credits. Students have to register for such make up courses by paying prescribed fee.
Revaluation Fee • Such of the students would like to challenge the valuation for failing in SEE, can seek revaluation by paying the prescribed fee within one week of announcement of results. If the revaluation student is successful, his/her revaluation fee will be refunded.
• Students seeking revaluation can seek for photocopies of the answer book within 3 days of announcement of results by paying prescribed fee and if required they can apply for revaluation.
